KMZ file embed on Google map or Esri with Polygon creation -- 2

We need to overlay KMZ file to overlay on Google Map with existing markers.
There should be option to select which layers to be displayed.
We have existing polygon feature to select points, which should remain as it is.

Project is on Angular.
