KASTLE ULS

1. Support business-users.
2. Fix Business issues on timely basis.
3. Ability to handle and translate business requirements into system requirements for ULS.
4. Ability to handle configuration/masters maintenance & re-configuration for ULS.
5. Ability to design, modify and maintain report/template requirements of NFH.
6. Ability to handle data quality related Issues.
7. Ability to handle internal modules integration Issues (LO, LM, LC, ECL, Securitization, Funding, AMLOCK, ORION).
8. Ability to reformatting and enhancing the process/workflow/validation of the system.
9. Ability to train/Re-train for the users on new patches/changes.
10. Ability to train/Re-train NFH staff with functionalities of LO, LM and LC.
11. Ability to handle test/negative testing/quality testing/confirming for functionalities of ULS.
12. Ability to train/Re-train IT Team of NFH to change basic to advanced Configuration of ULS.
13. Must have advanced knowledge of Database administration (data structure, ERD etc.) & third-Party integration/API/mapping/component.
14. Ability to train/Re-train IT Team of NFH on database administration & third-Party component.
15. Ability to build / create new interface integration at database level with third-Party integration.
