Jquery to vue.js

I have a working page which uses jquery for loading from an api and writing the content. I would like to move to Vue.js to integrate the content and having the flexibility. The webpage is using Bootstrap4, quill.js.

Please specify what you need and how you want to do it. Prefer someone who is interested to work on a long relationship.
