Jquery developer

I am looking for a JQuery developer to create a filter for a list of items. The filter will need to be based on JQuery and easy to use. My priority level for completing this project is low, so I am flexible with the timeline. I have a specific design or layout in mind for the filter, and I have a mockup/design that I would like to use.
