JS/Jquery/SVG/HTML/CSS Developer

I need someone who can create three responsive html pages.
You'll accept a JSON object and display data in specific places on the page. You'll also either use SVG and Jquery or D3.js to create a graph (grid chart) of the data in the json.
Output must not rely on any webcalls and accept the json doc via a js function call. These views will actually be invoked from android native and displayed in a webview.
See attached image of the graph. Everything else is just putting rows and fields in tables. We also already this implemented in AngularJS which you can use a guide if needed.
