Jquery Javascript, PHP Mobile Menu Help
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a sub menu 'onclick' display issue on PHP mobile menu. Could be simple, could be more. Happened after a theme upgrade. Seems JQuery/CSS related. Or perhaps a script error. Need help.

working DEV (staged) version
dev.curiodyssey.com (view on phone and click sub menu '+' icon). Behavior as expected.
PRODUCTION version (where issue exists)
curiodyssey.org same as above but when you click a submenu item, submenu vanished and page refreshes
Dev and Prod run different versions of them and PHP .
