Jquery AJAX frontend integration with the API (only frontend work)

I need help with integrating frontend functionality with the backend API. Backend API is ready and nothing needs to be done there. The fronted rendering needs to be done as per JSON received from the API. Also, updates in the front end will be pushed to the API.

Someone good with Jquery AJAX should be able to finish this in a days time.
