Javascript with Babel AST

I am looking for an explorer who can develop code using NodeJS in Javascript with Babel AST.
Skills and Experience:
• Needs someone who as worked with BABEL AST running with nodejs.
• Very deep understanding of JavaScript.
• Appreciation of flexibility in coding
Application Requirements:
This project involves conversing certain inputs into Babel AST (abstract syntax tree) code.
This Babel AST when executed using no GS should be able to generate JavaScript or react code as the AST code specifies.
