Javascript treeview implemenation on current web -- 2

I need to add treeview functionality to an existing web which can allow for:
1) Treeview editable node, drag and drop, node edit;
2) Drag and drop word, excel, pdf

3) allow for arrow moving up and down to moving to the node and enter the document and save locally.
