Javascript/selenium/macro/RPA -- 2

I am looking for someone who is experienced with Javascript, Selenium, Macros, and RPA to help me automate in this case one workflow process. I don't need any user interfaces, so chances of development will be very low. Inputs will be from Excel which will drive the automation process. No reporting outputs are required. So how it goes, there should be some kind of macro that goes to a website than performs some steps and goes per step to the excel copying values and pasting in the screen. Clicking next, in the last step it compares the output on the screen with a predefined text in excel if it is not the same it should warn the user somehow: sound/open word and write alarm/send an email = tbd. If it is the same it repeats the loop from step 1. So 2 input for the macro would be how often do you want to repeat the loop and how much time should there between each loop time. The loop ends automatically if it have to warn the user.
I have attached a description. This is a simple project to start with we have much more if we are satisfied.
