Javascript - loading steps

I have a landing page and a secondary page. I need to make the connection between these 2 pages.
On the main page I have a textbox where the user need to insert a code .e.g "euro2020" after he press the continue button if the code is correct (validated) the button "continue" and the text get's hidden and some "loading steps" appear e.g. Loading ..../Redirecting.../Your code was valid.../ And then it's get's redirected to the 2nd page.
I have everything except the javascript code
