Javascript issue/fixation in Laravel site

I have a website on laravel 6.0
I have issue with
1. Defer images lazy loading, I tried implementing but it does not work. I want the same from you.
2. Javascript very small fixation in auto catch title.
3. Add preview image before each suggested words in search suggestions.
