Javascript function

I'm a programmer, but not that advanced in Javascript. I need a function created that will work with a JSON object and return a boolean result. I posted it here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/75211052/json-array-evaluation but it was closed for not being focused enough (go figure). I've never used frelancer.com so I'm hoping for a positive experience.
