Javascript file for importing 1.2 MB (and larger) file

I am looking for a skilled Javascript developer who can create a script for importing CSV files of 1.2 MB and larger. The project does not require any adjustments to be made to the file before importing it, and there is no specific format in which the imported data needs to be displayed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Javascript, and required MultipartFile in the html file.
- html interface for drag-n-drop functionality. (the html file must be able to opened in firefox, and chrome browsers for testing the drag n drop function. File import status progress bar need to be availalbe. (the existing file provided a framework, but need to be improved).
- Experience with CSV file handling and parsing
- Knowledge of file import functionality
- Familiarity with handling large files efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data import
Current status:
When file is dropped off to the file upload area, it returned 404, it should be 200. This happened when file is larger than 1MB . The current data file attached in thish post is 1.2MB. Smaller file works ok.
Apart from fixed this large file importation issuse, the interface of the file drag-n-drop need to re-written.
