Javascript expert to build Drag & drop Journey Builder for Marketing Automation

We are looking for an expert in Javascript who can build us a journey builder using which any marketer can plan and trigger their marketing journey based on different ACTIONS, CONDITIONS.
I have attached some sample reference images including the names of the companies using something similar.
We need an user friendly front end created, back end coding etc will be done by our team. You will have to assist our team in the handshake and smooth working of this tool.
