This is what I need (same design as in picture):
Functionality:
1. Upload a picture
2. Drag a square into the picture (yellow, blue or red). When dragged into the picture, a number shows (1)
3. When the square (1) is dropped into the picture, then a textbox will appear (under the picture). Comments in the textbox should be saved.
What tech will you use for best result? How long time will it take to create such a feature?
