Javascript to create github groups using REST api

I am looking for someone to assist with a project involving Javascript and the Github REST API. Specifically, I want to create team groups on Github using the API. The formation of these groups will not require authentication, so that should not be necessary. The ID of users and their groups would be collected from a csv file.In addition, the code needed to implement the API should be written in Node.js. If you have experience creating groups with this technology, I am keen to hear from you.
