Javascript code to hide B2C Continue button

We have a B2C tenant which uses custom XML. We would like to hide the "continue" button throughout the process, and when the one-time-code has been successfully entered, we want the action to take what the continue button would have done (e.g. just continue without the end-user needing to press the continue button).
