Javascript animated scrolling list with gamepad support.

I require an html/javascript project that reads a json file and creates a dynamically loaded scrollable list from items in the file. The list items should support text and/or image and be dynamically loaded as the list could be quite large. It should support navigation of the list by a gamepad and customizable keys. I need options for both a horizontal list and vertical list with options to align each item in the list, top, bottom, center, left or right. The list should animate when scrolling so it is smooth, and the focused/selected item should be the middle item. The selected/focused item should animate and scale larger to show that it is selected. When a new list item is selected/focused I need to be able to update 1-5 div elements with any html (read from json and/or url). The list should be able to page with a gamepad and customizable keys as well as one item at a time. Upon clicking or selecting an item with a customizabl gamepad button or key, navigation to a url specified in the json should take place. Design the json structure according to these requirements. List should support 1 and a few items up to 10,000's of items without filling the browser with lots of data at once. Please keep the source small with no external libraries with constants and/or css for controls, scrolling and animation speed, size, spacing and options specified above. It should be designed for 10 foot/full screen so no visible scroll bars or other elements. Please also provide working html examples.
