Javascript Here API map

Our project contains the Javascript API from Here (https://www.here.com).
This generates a map with location markers which will open when clicked and show an InfoBubble, for example opening times etc.
The map can be dragged to look around the map. The problem is that when in mobile mode, the popup prevents the map from dragging. The popup must be able to drag the map.
