Javascript Developer / Small Script for GTM Trigger

I need a javascript that does something every time a user has scrolled past 12 products (4 products in one row). It only needs to do it once on the downwards scroll.
The something that should be executed will be coded by me. Now it can be a console log.
Since I know I will get hundred of applications and I do not have the time and patience to review them, this is an opportunity for everyone to get feedback here. The first to deliver a working script will be paid 10 bucks.
