JavaScript needed to customize Form stack for Salesforce webforms

This is a small project needing experience with CSS and Form stack for Salesforce's JavaScript API to customize two webforms that are integrated with Salesforce.
Background: Hidden Villa is a nonprofit farm and environmental education center in Los Altos Hills, California. Form stack for Salesforce is an app within Salesforce; it used to be called Fast Forms. We had someone do some custom development on these two forms a couple years ago. Now, our desires have changed and we've made some changes to the fields on the form and need more custom development.
Experience: CSS and JavaScript required; experience with Formstack for Salesforce a plus.
Deliverables: Customize two webforms built with Formstack for Salesforce, using Formstack's JavaScript API and CSS to achieve design goals.
- Written documentation of specific design goals and desired changes will be provided in advance and discussed in the initial meeting to ensure clarity.
- For example, design goals will include making the "submit" button not show up in one instance, changing the spacing of fields, making some fields show up in different locations than they actually are, fixing an instance of one field not showing up at all, and changing the font size and style of certain text fields.
