JavaScript code interacting with an ETH wallet

I am looking for a JavaScript developer to create code that will interact with my existing ETH wallet. The code needs to perform the following functionality:
- Check incoming transactions and forward the balance to a different ETH wallet

I require basic security for this project, just the essentials.
