JavaScript SMS Automation via Zapier

I am looking for a JavaScript expert to help me develop a code that facilitates sending SMS messages via the TextMe API by setting up a workflow in Zapier that is triggered by changes in my Monday.com task management board.

Key tasks:
- Create a JavaScript code that works seamlessly with the TextMe API for sending SMS messages.
- Set up a workflow in Zapier that triggers the SMS messages' sending when there are updates on my Monday.com task management board.

Additional requirements:
- The SMS messages should include the task details from Monday.com.
- The code should ensure stable, reliable and secure SMS delivery.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in JavaScript
- Experience with API integrations, particularly with the TextMe API
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier
