JavaScript Graph creation on HTML page. See attached document for the detailed requirement.
Requirement
1. You are required to develop a graph same as shown in below figure 1.1.
2. This graph needs to run on (chrome, Firefox) web browser.
3. Graphs need to be developed using any JS JavaScript.
4. The Graph will have a button to download it as a PDF.
5. There will be 5 input text boxes as below in figure 1.2
a. the text boxes for 5 input fields should allow decimal point input for one decimal value. E.g., 4.2, 7.1, 9.9. The maximum decimal value is x.9
b. Maximum decimal places are one digit.

3. Attainment
4. Leadership
5. Engagement
6. When the values are added in the graph text boxes and the button is clicked the graph is generated as shown in the attached doc. figure 1.1.
7. The maximum value outside the circle will be 10. The values of the 5 inputs cannot be more than 10.
Its a very simple project. Expect to be completed in a day or two most. I'm looking at Singapore Dollar 50-60 dollars for this porject.
