Im searching for someone to help me update a javascript form integrated with salesforce.
All files are on github and here's what we need to do:
1. Add a Preffered Contact Field
2. Add a Preffered Contact Hour
3. Get a parameter from the URL and send to salesforce
4. Add a hidden field called VPI and fill it with a parameter from the URL
