Make a simple javascript app to detect timing of other tab open.
After clicking a button, the js app should count the seconds of other tab opening.
If I close the other tab before 15s, then the app emit an alert.
If you are able to make the app with create-react-app, it is preferable.
I need a simple UI with one button and texts only.
