JavaScript Data Visualization Project

I'm seeking an experienced JavaScript developer to create a HTML code to up a web page with parallel coordinates visualization using D3.jsparallel that visualizes the relationships between various attributes in my dataset, which is in CSV format.

This task requires:

- Expertise in JavaScript, as the visualization should be performed using this language.
-Should create a parallel coordinates graph similar to the example provided at https://syntagmatic.github.io/parallel-coordinates/
- The graph should be interactive, allowing users to brush and filter data points based on their selections.
-The output graph should have a UI similar to the attached image
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries, preferably D3.js or similar.
- Proficiency in handling CSV files, as this is the format of my dataset.
