JavaScript Conflict

I have a JavaScript conflict on my site and my formidable forms is not submitting through to woocommerce..

This is the error:-
'This page isn't loading JavaScript properly, and the form will not be able to submit.'
The plugins and theme have been turned on / off and I could not see any conflicts,
I have a few gigs I need done and I'm looking for someone that knows their was around Formidable Form
