JavaScript Affiliate and user match Webdesign

Following tasks required:
0) sign NDA, IP and license agreement
1) recommend scalable cloud host
2) create cloud account (provide password) which I will pay
3) download approx 10 concurrent website design and merge as template
4) connect the website to a website builder…I will chandler all pictures and content.
5) I will change ALL CONTENT and picture before it goes online
6) write all functions and domain command with 1 program language: JavaScript on Framework and node.
7) not requirement but would be good suggestion for website name
8) put website online and publicly visible
After I purchase domain and host (please recommend cheap unlimited scalable one)
9) SEO and keyword optimize (not requirement but would be good
10) mobile phone friendly website

b) Time match (2 people write availability period. Website match when both (or more people) available at same time)

d) Map (distance measure, pinpoint location)
e) Fuel calculator, full day spenditure calculator (event, restaurant, parking)
f) Search and filter (multiple at same time), filter priority
g) Linking websites with other websites to get commission if visitors buy product or service on other website
h) upload 5-10 calculation softwares.to cloud and run it 24/7. Link website with those softwares and charge formt service each time software was used.
