WhatsApp Automation using JavaScript, Python and PostgreSQL

Part 1:

We need to develop an app to automate our WhatsApp marketing.
This job includes backend development in JavaScript/Typescript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
Using the following libraries which you need to install on our server we create a core system:
WhatsApp Automation Core: https://github.com/adiwajshing/Baileys
WhatsApp Automation API: https://github.com/ookamiiixd/baileys-api
The API does not support all features of the Core so you would need to incorporate the missing features.
In order to handle 1000s of WhatsApp accounts we need to create a Python-based session management tool that handles Baileys sessions. The tool needs to register new accounts in baileys and store them in a database, check if the account is still active, and remove blocked accounts.
Part 2 (OPTIONAL!):

Create a service that can automatically create 1000s of WhatsApp accounts using the https://simsms.org/ API to obtain mobile phone numbers and verification codes.
The accounts need to be created using https://github.com/budtmo/docker-android and https://appium.io/. The dockers of each WhatsApp account need to be stored on the file system to reconnect the WhatsApp accounts when needed and to delete them if the account got blocked.
If you can't do part two please let us know and you can still work on Part 1.
