JSON + JS cascading populated selection and display script

Hi, i have a json file with data and i need the users to be able to select options via drop downs (which are progressively populated by the json data).
Once the user has selected all the options, these are shown to them, along with the additional data of the respective selection.
Pretty much the files needed are: an html (no css required), a js script, and the json that will be a separate file, as shown in the attached image.

Please check the image attachment, i think its pretty straight forward.
