JAX-RS/JAXB standard and springboot

I need a freelancer that can develop url query-based navigation, scrape websites with the option of utilising a JAX-RS REST or GraphQL client, and translate the data into Java classes, for example, using JAX-RS annotations. Or occasionally we have GraphQL APIs in place of JAXRS.
