JAVASCRIPT web app for random row from table/googlesheet/excel not TWICE

My project requires a JavaScript web app for randomly selecting a row from a database/table or Google sheet/Excel file without including the same row twice.
The answer to the first question was that I could provide an option to make use of your choice of database (out of google-sheet/excel file or inbuilt table), if you feel it is better. For the second question, the requested feature was a search bar to kind-of know if I have that 'key-word' in my database. Lastly, for the third question, the answer was 'no' for integrations with external services. This project will help with random data retrieval without repeating and will include a searching feature as well. The final product should be a working web application.
