JAVASCRIPT: SORT DATA IN TABLE WITH CRITERIA

i already have example for the script that i need to fix. i want to:

in table 1: LAPORAN STATISIK URUT KATEGORI
- sort must be had arrow up / down
- for background bgcolor="#3de0e3" will not sort and still at their place
- for number not changes also

in table 2: LAPORAN STATISIK URUT SUBKATEGORI
- sort must be had arrow up / down
- for background bgcolor="#3de0e3" will not sort and still at their place
- for number not changes also
- clear duplicate KATEGORI text for the first load, but if sort / <th> clicked, the KATEGORI cell will be shown

need fix for all data, still not asc and desc correctly.
