Issue with loading images via ajax when right swipe

I have an app which is a webview app which is having an issue with loading images. When user clicks on a particular section for example Pizzas, it opens products page which takes 10 to 30 seconds to load all the images at once for the first time. Next time when user visits it loads very quickly because of cache. But when user visits all the sections for the first time, it takes lot of time and user will not happy with it. We can implement ajax to load images when user swipes up but the left/ right swipe is not working. So I need your help in finding a solution to implementing ajax (to load images when swiped up) and right/left swipe together. Or suggest any other better way.
