Intro test

Hello, I am in need of updating the test system for my students in such a way that it is adaptive using Bootstrap. The test consists of questions with 4 alternatives. The database on the server is of type Maria / Mysql. In principle, the system consists of a registration and entry page for students who wish to take the test and another page to manage and update each title, question, the respective alternatives and the correct answer, as well as a link to an image associated with each question.
Once registered (name, surname, e-mail and password) the student accesses the welcome page and where a list is shown where an icon with the number of the question and the title of the question is displayed. The icon that can have three colors (gray, green and red) that indicate if the question is unanswered, answered correctly or answered incorrectly.
The student can click on any line or icon in the list to open a large modal window and access the title, the image associated with the question, the text and the answer alternatives, allowing the student to answer or correct if they have answered incorrectly. . The student can then choose the alternative that seems appropriate and save the answer by pressing a button with the text "Save". Then the modal window disappears and the updated list is accessed again.
Once the student has completed the test and all the questions are correctly answered (with a green icon) a large modal window of congratulations is presented with a button to print a diploma (pdf) with her name.
Important:
The text to be used is preferably Swedish.
The registration page displays a box to allow "User Agreement" and a link to "Privacy Policy."
The login page consists of a link or button with the text "I forgot my password" that allows opening a modal window to enter the e-mail used in the registration and to which the password used when registering is sent.
