Deobfuscate and interpret flow of code of obfuscated js file

We are looking for a JS expert to interpret the flow of code of an obfuscated js file contained in webpack. You will need to deobfuscate to understand the code and tell us how it works. Using an online tool to deobfuscate won't work, so don't even try.
