Internal Automation System for Dental Clinic Group

We are a dental clinic group in Stockholm seeking a developer or small team to build an internal automation system to streamline patient inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups. The system will integrate with our existing tools and provide better visibility and control over operations.

Key Features:
- Integration with Muntra (our booking/journal system) via API
- PostgreSQL database for leads, appointments, and events
- Automation flows using n8n or similar tools
- Web-based dashboard for patient pipeline tracking
- Email automation for confirmations, follow-ups, and recalls
- Basic reporting by clinic and acquisition channel

Future Phases:
- AI-based intent classification of inquiries
- AI voice assistant for handling phone calls

Technical Requirements:
- Backend development experience (Node.js or Python)
- API and database expertise (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with automation tools (n8n or similar)
- Ability to build a simple frontend dashboard
