Interactive AI powered flashcards web app

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an interactive AI powered flashcards web app. The flashcards should be available in English only and cover various trending subjects and topics in IT.
I want the level of interactivity to be advanced, with adaptive learning and progress tracking. Ideal skills and experience for this job include AI development, web development, and experience with flashcards and adaptive learning technologies.
The interface should have an input button to select at that most 3 IT topics from the given list of 100 trending IT topics in the page and generate about 1000 questions upon clicking Generate flashcards button.
I've a template code ready in Python+Django. It should use ChatGPT API to generate questions on its own based on the selected topics. Need to convert it into React.js and Express js code.
I will own the source code once project is handed over.
Need just one expert web developer. First come first serve basis.
