Interactive Webtool Development with Icon and Image Selection

I am in need of a skilled developer to create a simple webtool that functions as a wizard. A web tool (Wizard Approach) developed in React Framework and written in JavaScript (i.e. ReactJS). A simple web tool in the form of a wizard to perform some basic calculations based on a wizard approach. There will be an equation that will translate the choices into a final score and produce a final score report. At the end of the calculation process a certificate should be created based on the calculation algorithms. The very lightweight tool, which will not require any database (no storage) and will not require any login and must be hosted on the project domain. The hosting of the tool will take place on my university servers. The programmer is expected to deliver the webtool files and deploy it until it works completely. The tool will involve the following components and functionalities:
- Pull down menus: Users will be able to select icons and background images from presented options.
- Interactive forms: The main functionality of the tool will be the use of interactive forms. Users will interact with these forms to receive feedback based on their selections.
User Interaction:
- The tool should be designed so that users receive feedback on their selections as they progress through the form.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web development, with experience in creating tools with interactive forms
- Experience with UI/UX design to ensure a user-friendly experience
