I require an expert web developer to create a two-sided web application with front and back office functionalities.
Front Office Requirements:
- User registration and login
- Implementation of live meeting agenda and voting capabilities
I need these features to be interactive by providing real-time updates and notifications. The users should be able to track voting results effortlessly.
Back Office Requirements:
- Admin dashboard for user management
- Separate admin dashboard specifically for the meeting owner to manage all aspects of the meeting

Preference for the app to be built in Typescript and Python (backend) and the backend in Typescript Next.js
