I am looking for a skilled developer who can create an interactive video player using HTML5, CSS, and Javascript.

- Capability to list all bookmarks so that the user can jump directly to that location.
- Ability to ask a question (single choice or multi choice options) at certain location in the video.
- Add instructions at certain location where the user can click on to view more details.
