Interactive 2D Seating Chart Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a 2D interactive seating chart for my ticketing platform. The chart should feature:
- Seat selection: Users should be able to pick their preferred seats.
- Zooming in/out: Users should be able to zoom in and out of the seating chart for a better view.
- Tooltip on hover: Information about specific seats should pop up when the user hovers over them.
This seating chart needs to integrate seamlessly with my existing ticketing system. Therefore, experience with ticketing systems integration is a must. Please include examples of similar projects you've completed in your proposal.
