Interactive SCORM React Component with API Integration

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a React component that can load SCORM packages and interact with users.
Key requirements:
- The component should be able to load SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages
- It should be compatible with iSpring exported packages
- It should listen and store all the events to an API
- It should store the suspend data and resume the last state of the user
- It should track the same events as on scormtools.net scorm debugger
We will provide package examples that should be compatible
