Interactive Quiz for OBS

Im looking for tool or app where i can run interactive quiz' in OBS. Currently I'm using just the website jeopardylabs.com and capture it but want a frontend app (i guess with javascript) where i can run the game and modify it. And also a backend websocket for data transfer.
This app is already used by creator Vlesk, if you want to look it up, but they dont share it puplic. So i dont want 1:1 the same but kinf of.
