I'm looking for a professional who can develop an engaging online educational platform loaded with diverse assessment-like structures.

Key Requirements:
- Incorporate a variety of question types, including multiple choice, true/false, short answer, matching similar looking pictures/images, and find the differences in images.
- Enable the system to track user performance: number of questions attempted, right answers, wrong answers, and time elapsed.
- Pull questions from a JSON file-based question bank, which should contain questions of varying difficulties.
- Allow users to pause and resume activities from their last point, until they complete a pre-set number of questions.
