Interactive Google Map Development (or leaflet)

Please note that all we need is the map functionality. We do not need any further design or functionality.

Please use your own Google API key for testing and we will switch to our own when we take the file to test.

I'm looking for a skilled web developer to create a page featuring an interactive Leaflet map. This map should display a set of predefined locations, each represented by a custom icon. The project involves the following key components:

- Implementing Google Maps or possibly Leaflet as the mapping service
- Using a pulsing circle to indicate the user's current location, with regular updates
- Employing custom icons for a predefined array of Latitudes, Longitudes and Radii

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficient experience working with Google APIs, and Leaflet
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Previous experience in developing interactive maps
- Knowledge of creating and implementing custom map icons
