Integrate firebase as the backend for my site

Its a simple task, basically need to upload data to firebase cloud firestorm anytime user enter submit.
The document should contain the data of the information of the user which includes the user ID, Name, NUMBER, ADDRESS, Delivery instruction, Service, Delivery DATE, Delivery Time and Washing instruction.. I've uploaded a link of the website
