Integrate Stripe to Spring Boot and React website

I am looking for a developer to integrate Stripe multiparty payments to an existing website. The frontend is written in React while the server is written in Spring Boot which is connected to a POSTGRESQL database.
I am the senior developer for this project so any code written has to pass through my reviews and adhere to coding best practices. More details will be given on contact.
Requirements:
- Accept online payments
- Implement user balance
- Store payment data on the database
- Collect payments and then pay out to service providers
